A few ideas

I recently purchased your screensaver, and it is excellent! I love all kinds of aquarium screensavers, and the living pond is a very enjoyable addition to my collection. Here's a couple of ideas I thought of that might add a little to it:

- The garden seems to need a little more Japanese ambience to it. Maybe some Japanese lanterns and some sculpted trees and bushes could be nice. Another idea might be some potted bonsai trees sitting on the rocks on the edge of the pond.

-Maybe besides koi, a few kinds of fancy goldfish would add some nice variety.

-A lighting cycle that goes from dawn to day to dusk to night would be very cool. Maybe the night time could have moonlight.

-A gentle, falling rain that could be turned on and off would be very relaxing! Not sure how this would be difficult to do in terms of the water effects, though.

-Some plants like some water lillies or irisses.

-And of course, a waterfall ( I'm sure that's probably been asked for before)
