New Unified Installer and "Living Pond Ultra"

We've finally gotten rid of our old installer system, and replaced it with a new "Unified Installer", which is smart enough to check DirectX versions and download updates if necessary. So there are no longer 3 separate installers for Win 98/ME, 2000, and XP.

Also, the version number now reads 1.0, but it's actually no different from rc11, so for those who've already downloaded and installed 1.0rc11, there is nothing new here (yet).

We have also added an "Ultra" version to our download page - this is the *same* software and artwork as the standard version, it's just preconfigured with more fish, a different viewing angle and slightly higher quality settings. These are all things you can easily do yourself with the standard version, but we found that some people wanted a fully configured pond fully stocked with fish, and set to the "best" possible view (as opposed to view cycling mode, in the standard version), that will run and look great on a high end PC.

This "ultra" configuration may eventually get rolled into the main installer, as part of a 3 choice dialog to set up detail and quality settings for the screensaver (low = few fish, no water effects, medium = more fish, water effects, high = lots of fish, water effects, high quality graphics settings).
