1.0rc11 temporarily removed...

We've temporarily replaced our latest 1.0rc11 version with the previous 1.0rc10 version on our download page, since there seem to have been a few bugs with it that are causing problems for some people. Confused

We'll hopefully have them fixed in a few days, and can go back to the latest greatest version, with the new, better animations and so on.

There's no need to worry if rc11 is working fine for you, it will continue to work fine. If you did have trouble with the rc11 version, and you haven't let us know previously, we'd love to hear about your problems to help us track them down and get this version to be rock solid! Thanks!

1.0rc11 version came back to the download section; did you fixed it?
What are the improvements?
I didn't remove the 1.0rc11 from my lap top; should I download and re-install it?

There's definitely no need to update - if you were running rc11 before successfully, there won't be any difference now. If you have been running rc10, then you might want to upgrade for the improved animations, more accurate depth buffering, and generally better visual quality.

There were a few potential problems with some of the experimental code we tweaked to support multiple monitors. We were concerned it might be causing problems for people with normal single monitor setups, which is why we had taken down rc11 for a few days.
