Hello Dear Reader,
As the header allready shows, I migrated to another PC. And when I installed my copy of livingpond, the ID number changed, and now my registrationcode does not apply.
What should I do now?
Please reply to this helpcall...

Hi Monkey 9,
Don't worry - that is exactly what is supposed to happen. Each Registartion Code only works on one computer.
Fortunately, you get 3 Registration Codes when you buy, so all you have to do now is go to screengardens.com, click on "Get A Registration Code", log in using the email and password you were given at the time you purchased, and then follow the instructions from there (this time using the System ID from the new PC, not the old one).
Hope this helps!

Hey Camberly,
Beautifull thing you made! I am realy impressed.
You tell me to use my purchase mail,
But for me that's not possible, because my sister bought one after I did the:'send to a friend' thing. She was so happy with that mail, that she bought one, and gave me a registrationcode, after I gave her my number.
I donot think she will give her last code, but I can allways ask her..
Thank you very much for your reply to my mail, I realy appreciate that..
For me its difficult to buy, I donot have a creditcard.
I think I'll have to watch all fish dissapear from the pond.....
Greet your pal, and tell him he's also done a nice job: Succes to you both!

Hey Camberley,
My sister was so friendly to give me a code, only something went wrong: The Reg.code she got after fill in the ID number I gave her, does not apply.
What should we do now?
Greetings Robby. |
