 |
|
Here are a few ideas on how the settings screen would be a little more intuitive:
Preview button
Change this from PREVIEW to Preview would be a good start. making it stand out more must be possible to do with graphics, not just caps, right?
Changing it altogether to something like "Run" or "Launch" would be even better and more understandable for thse running it as an application and not just a screensaver.
Doubleclicking on Koi
Doing so adds the Koi to the selected list which is fine, but why not move the selection to the next line so I can doubleclick on another fish and add it as well without removing the other fish I just added. In the current version I have to click on a different line first.
Random
Wouldn't it be more logic to put the "Random" symbol with the Koi in the window to the right? It takes up a space in the same way as a Koi. This would also leave room for a more decriptive icon than a single questionmark.
Animation of selected Koi
I don't know if it's possible or resource hungry or whatever, but it would look really neat if the Koi currently selected and showing in the right pane would be animated in the zoomed in middle pane. Possibly the selected one in the right pane could move instead of being dimmed/dark blue.
