Registration from CD

I purchased the CD. Received in snail mail. Had demo installed. Uninstalled demo. Ran install from CD. Entered the "CD Key" into the registration field. Screen disappeared. Tried several combinations. Then went online to register CD. message said I had an invalid registration code. Sent mail to support. Have not gotten reply. Can anyone help?

I did eventually send e:mail to camberley and she fixed my registration. I was messed up somehow
