Hi,
I really like the pictures on your website, but when I downloaded the pond it did not seem to work. I can hear the water sounds but the screen is all black.
What do I do??

Hi Carly,
It sounds like your computer hardware (specifically your graphics card) may be too old to run the advanced water effects in Living Pond. Is your computer more than two years old? If yes, you can still run the pond, but you will have to disable the water.
Information on how to do this is at https://screengardens.com/disable.html
Hope this helps!

Hello,
This product is looking terrific. You guys are off to a great start.
Two small issues:
1. SECURITY LEAK: Because you offer a link to your website [Buy Now] before the product is registered, if the screen saver kicks in, and you have password checked, a person can walk up to your computer, move the mouse, the requester comes up, they clock on buy now, this brings up a browser, they now have access to your computer.
2. FISH TURNS: The fish are moving very well, but the movement to turn isÂ…perhaps a bit jolting, and frequent. Perhaps to be considered. |

Thanks Reichart,
We will add the "security leak" bug to our list. Should be no problem to check for that condition.
Also, we are currently working on tweaking the turning physics model to try to get the koi to make more smooth and rounded turns (while still avoiding collisions). We've been juggling a lot of different tasks recently, but this is something we have been meaning to improve for some time. I will let you know when we have a build with better turning behavior.

The pond should run just fine with a Ge Force 4. |
